Who sends these messages

Text messages are sent by LEGAL ENTITY NAME, a car service operating in Marin County, San Francisco, Sonoma County, East Bay. You can reach us at BUSINESS PHONE or info@ridelikeroyals.com.

What the messages are about

We send transactional messages about a ride you have requested or booked. Specifically:

  • Confirmation that your ride is booked, including who your driver will be.
  • A reminder shortly before your pickup.
  • Updates if something about your ride changes — a different driver, a changed time, or a changed price.

Marketing

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Every message relates to a ride you asked for.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your bookings. As a guide, expect roughly two to four messages per ride: a confirmation, a reminder, and an update if anything changes.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for these messages; your mobile carrier may.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further messages.

Opting out of text messages does not cancel your ride. If you have a booking, please call us so we can confirm it another way.

Reply START to opt back in.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us directly at BUSINESS PHONE or info@ridelikeroyals.com.

Your consent is not shared

We do not share your mobile number or your consent to receive messages with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Your number is shared only with the messaging provider that delivers these messages on our behalf, and with your driver so they can reach you about your ride.

Supported carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
